reduce food allergies – IgA / IgG test
Eaten food can be the cause of your health problems!
Have you ever thought that you are suffering from food intolerance?
Allergies and food intolerances can be the cause of concern for many people. If the cause of the disease is not diagnosed, the body suffers further. Illnesses of food allergies are an issue everywhere and the number of food allergens is constantly growing. The resulting symptoms lead to more complicated symptoms.
Tests were once expensive and tedious. Today, there are immediately applicable mobile laboratory sets (Food Detective), which are also very reasonably priced.
It is known that food causes many physical ailments, which are the result of different effects. Surely you know someone who does not tolerate milk products. Food allergies are food-induced disorders that can be directly linked to the immune system.
Challenge: different types of antibodies
The human organism forms five different antibodies. IgE and IgG antibodies are commonly associated with dietary allergies:
- IgE antibodies react immediately and quickly lead to symptoms such as runny nose, dyspnea, or skin rash.
- IgG antibodies, on the other hand, are delayed. The symptoms can only occur after up to three weeks, which is why delayed reaction is mentioned. In addition, IgG antibodies can bind directly to allergens. These types of compounds can be deposited throughout the tissue of the body and may cause many ailments such as e.g. knee pain.
In more complex situations, a professional evaluation in the laboratory is still advisable, if IgG and additional IgA antibodies are also evaluated. For conspicuous chronic disorders such as weeping or itchy skin, chronic fatigue and multi-layered allergies, this is often the key to success.
Check if your symptoms are not due to food intolerance! To diagnose most food intolerances, you only need a small sample of blood on test strips for the lab.
